How much is shipping?
Shipping is free within the U.S.
International order shipping costs are calculated at time of checkout.
Please verify that your address is correct when placing your order. Orders that are marked "undeliverable" and sent back to us will be refunded minus shipping costs.
Where do you ship to?
If you have an address, we ship there.
When will I get my stuff?
We usually ship within 1 business day.
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, typically within 3-5 business days.
International are shipped via USPS and will vary, but shipping to Canada usually takes 3-7 business days, and other countries about 7-10.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will get an email from us with a link to track the status of your shipment. Keep in mind, it usually takes 1 business day for the shipping carrier to update the tracking number in their system.
We accept returns and exchanges within 90 days of the original purchase. Returns will only be accepted if the item is in new and unworn condition. Return items must be in their original packaging with all tags. Shipping charges are not refunded. For safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on grooming products.
Please fold your jeans properly!
Jeans sent back to us crumpled up in a ball and stuffed in an envelope will be charged a $15 restocking fee.
All sale items are final sale. We can not accept returns on these, but will gladly exchange them or offer a gift card for the original purchase amount.
Need to do a return or an exchange? No problem! Just send us an email at email@example.com to receive a return authorization and pre-paid return label.
Once we receive the return we will refund or exchange you as appropriate.
