America has some of the most beautiful National Parks in the world, make sure these are on your list for 2015.
1. Denali National Park, Alaska
We’ve said it once and we will say it again. Denali National Park is the perfect combination of beauty and wilderness that we seek when looking for an adventure. You can also see America’s highest point; Mt. McKinley.
2. Yosemite National Park, California
Duh. Yosemite is insanely beautiful any time of the year. If you’ve never been here you are missing out, seriously. Plus, it’s in California, which means you can leave here and go directly to your next adventure with ease.
3. Rocky Mountain National Park, Colorado
With over 150 lakes and 450 miles of steams, Rocky Mountain National Park is a must-see. Not to mention it’s rocky vistas are second to none.
4. Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming
This park has more geysers and hot springs than anywhere else on earth. Not to mention, it’s the first National Park ever created. Make sure to see the O.G. of National Parks in 2015.
5. Glacier National Park, Montana
It’s sad to say, but the Glaciers here are melting at an alarming rate. Try and get here before they are gone! Montana isn’t called the Last Great Place for no reason.
6. Acadia National Park, Maine
Mountains meet The Atlantic Ocean here in Acadia. Most of the park is located on Mt. Desert Island. This is the most beautiful National Park on the east coast.
7. Great Smoky Mountain National Park, North Carolina
The most visited national park and for good reason. Besides having the best name of all the parks, it’s also home to some of the best forests in the entire country.
8. Zion National Park, Utah
If you are looking for some striking topography, this is the park. Giant rock walls and sandstone cliffs give way to riverbeds and desert. With over 120 miles of trail to explore, you can see it all!
9. Olympic National Park, Washington
This place is mystical. It’s lush, green, and you can experience all the seasons here. There is no better showcase of the Upper-Left USA than Olympic National Park.
10. Sequoia & Kings Canyon National Parks, California
Wake up surrounded by the world’s tallest living things – giant Sequoia Trees. Also, you sort of get a two for one deal here. The parks are separate, but adjacent.
